Delivery

All orders are packed and dispatched from our own warehouse in Hedensted, Denmark, and delivered by UPS. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with a track & trace link.

Delivery charges

• UPS home delivery in the United Kingdom: £3.95
• UPS home delivery to EU countries: £7
• Free delivery on all orders of £99 or more

The exact shipping price for your order is always shown in the checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

The expected delivery time is shown in the checkout. During busy periods (sales and holidays) delivery can take a little longer.

Customs and VAT

All prices include VAT. Deliveries to the UK are handled so that there is nothing extra to pay on delivery – everything is settled at checkout.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please write to hello@naturescollection.co.uk with your order number and, where relevant, photos. We will sort it out with UPS.
